iPad safari Google not responding
I tried all your boilerplate remedies and nothing worked. It shows me google homepage but that’s it. Brand new iPad and old iPad have the same issue but iPhone okay.

There appears to be an issue with the Google search front page and iOS Safari.
I am not having this issue using another third party Web browser.
Try another search engine or another third party Web browser until Google clears this issue up.

Perhaps it's a Google servers temporary glitch.
I would try to clear history and cookies from Safari using these instructions:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
When done, restart your iPad.

Google must have changed something that is causing this to happen.
But for now a workaround is to tap and hold on the search box; after a few seconds a text cursor will appear in the box and if you now remove your finger the keyboard will appear.
It’s definitely Safari & Google... opens Google, no keyboard. Chrome & Google work and Safari pages, other than Google screen work fine. Doing the same thing on 4 iPads, all iOS 14.4.
The touch & hold on Input Search box for few seconds does bring up Keyboard.
I cleared history, closed all browser Windows, and reset network... all no change.
