How do I change chrome/safari google half page that opens on the right side of screen to open in full screen as default. I wore out my Air 2 so my husband got me the 4th generation and it just started doing it on the new one all of a sudden.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. Sounds like your seeing the multitasking feature on your iPad. It also you to have one app to the right and one app to the left in order to use them at the same time. You can turn this feature off by going to Settings > Home Screen & Dock > Multitasking.
