I cancelled all subscription on my Apple ID but am still getting charged

You should not be.
Go to:
Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions.
If there are any under the "Active" list, go to each one and press Cancel Subsciption.
If you think you have paid too much, go to:
http://reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund.
