what about this?

The first letter in the model number represents the source of the device. Currently, there are four known possible choices:

"F": refurbished unit

"M": retail unit

"N": replacement unit

"P": personalized (engraved) unit

There is no other solution but to check with the company or person you purchased it from.

There is on way to tell if it is new or refurbished.

Thats the problem bcs i ordered it from another country with cargo and they didnt give the receipt, so im trying to find the solution through online....
