Safari and itunes version 11.3

My Safari browser says it is at version 11.3 but my OS is that version 11.2.1 so they are incompatible. How do I change my safari version to match the OS?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

Safari is a part of MacOS and the only way to get a newer version is to upgrade.

14.0.3 is the most current version of Safari.
