Find My

I have an iPhone from a deceased relative, I can get into the phone with passcode however I cannot erase it due to Find My is on. Is there anyway around this without knowing the AppleID password?

You will either need the Apple ID password or if you have the original proof of purchase Apple Support may be able to help. See: How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

I can access the phone via passcode, I do not want any information off of it I just want to wipe it to factory.
