App icons
I cannot delete apps. On my iPhone the drop down menu says remove app. On this iPad I only get edit Home Screen or share. Have tried everything suggested and am up to date on updates.

Check your ScreenTime restrictions:
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps - ensure that this permission is set to Allow
