An Apple Watch should beep to alert you to apple calendar events, why is this impossible?

I bought my apple watch series 6 so that it would alert me to my Calendar Events from my apple calendar, by haptic or audio alert. This is what a Watch should do! Alerts do NOT sound or buzz on my watch for a meeting or event! Help and thank you!

Adjust calendar settings

To change the kind of calendar notifications you receive and choose specific calendars to appear on Apple Watch, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap My Watch, then tap Calendar.
  3. Tap Custom under Notifications or Calendars.

Sadly, I did that. But Apple does NOT a way to ensure you have your watch and iPhone and MacBook send you beeps and haptic alerts. Apple Customer Service gets this request everyday. They try and alert you with pop-ups on your iPhone and MacBook and do not direct alerts to your Apple Watch. This is a big problem. We buy a watch to remind us of the Dentist, Zoom Call, Meeting and there is only a pop-up on your iPhone in your pocket, or over on the kitchen table. No way to make ALERTS ON ALL DEVICES which would be the perfect solution. Who knows a developer that can make Calendar Alerts go on all Apple devices to keep you on time for your day?
