i logged out of my Facebook app and when I tried to log back in its says I have a problem I reset my phone but the same thing keep coming up what should I do

Repeatedly signed out of apps on iPhone Please help! I am repeatedly signed out of my apps. Every time I close out an app I have to sign back in when I open it up again. This includes mail, facebook, instagram. I have restarted my phone and completely reset it. It still keeps happening!
