No sound is heard during phone calls



My phone does not hear sound when communicating on the phone. The other person and I cannot hear the voices of others. Everyone helps me,pls. Thanks

If the iPhone's volume is set to its lowest level or the ringer is set to mute, then too there will be very low or no sound at all during the calls. Check and adjust the volume settings to your preferred audible level. Go to Settings > Sounds > Ringer and Alerts and set the volume level.
