Remove iPad as Speaker Option

I briefly purchased an iPad which was linked to my Apple ID. I reset the iPad to factory settings and returned the device to the store. Afterwards, I went under my Apple ID and removed the iPad as one of my devices. However, the iPad is still showing as a speaker option on my iPhone. I have searched the forum and it is advised to go to Settings > Phone > Call on Other Devices > [Remove the iPad {Disable it}] but that option is not visible in Settings. I do not have the iPad anymore and I only have my iPhone by which to make updates to my Apple ID. How can I resolve this?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

Hi Waverley2021,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with your iPhone that shows an iPad you no longer own as an available Speaker Option.

This may actually be the Handoff feature of Continuity. Use Handoff to continue tasks on your other devices.

"iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff, then turn on Handoff."

If that still doesn't resolve the issue, try restarting your iPhone while toggling off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Let us know if that doesn't resolve the issue.

Have a fantastic day!
