someone is calling saying they are from apple support. It’s kinda scary cause idk if they are hacker or not. He had me download a team app for him to screen record everything that I was doing. I’ve never been through this so I’m not sure why to do. He said that my stuff was being hacked but I’m not sure

Apple does not make such calls.

All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to ignore the calls or hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
