the mac big sur update won't install
iMac Line (2012 and Later)
Were you able to complete the download and start the install or does the download not finish?
If the latter go to the App Store and download the full installer from there and run.
Thank you! That worked! Without putting it in safe mode or any other trick. Just took a little longer to download the entire Mac OS Big Sur instead of just the update through settings. I've been waiting a few weeks to see if Apple would fix it, but not needed now. Thanks so much!
