Can i get my iPhone replaced

You can have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or even at Bell where you purchased it. If they determine that the iPhone is detective then your are under your 1YR Limited Warranty and they may replace it. Remember that this will be at the discretion of Apple and/or Bell.

Make an appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and if they can’t fix it they will replace it under warranty→Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Apple return policy states that you have 14 days (from the date of purchase) to return an iPhone and ask for a refund.

But, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, go to the Bell Store, have it inspected, and they will offer you all the available options.
