watch got reset no longer accessible

My wife has two iphones. one of the iphones that the iwatch was originally paired with was lost. In the process of pairing the iwatch to the 2nd iphone, we reset the iwatch. now, the iwatch is no longer accessible.


the passcode was also forgotten and resetting the passcode does not work because the original iphone it was paired to is gone.


How do we get the iwatch to work again.
