Safari won’t open my APP store

My APP store icon had disappeared from my phone I typed in App Store and attempted to open it that way but every time I try to open it I get this message “unable to open because Safari can’t find address “

I need some advise on what this means

iPhone SE, iOS 14

if you go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps

What is that set to? If set to Don't Allow, the App Store icon will not be available

why are you using safari? You don't open the app store that way..

I'm assuming you must have 'removed' the app icon and it resides in the App Library now..

From your Home Screen, swipe left until you get to the App Library.

Swipe downward and you'll get an alphabetical list of your apps.

Locate the app in the list or type the app name into the search field

Once you've located the app, tap/hold until it raises/selects, then drag it and it'll pop out to your Home Screen

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support

Safari won’t open my APP store
