Age for Apple Cash

How old do you have to be to send and receive money to and from Apple Cash? Once had Apple Cash and have been sending and receiving money since 2019 and I needed to verify my identity on the wallet app for Apple Cash and I had to contact a Apple Cash specialist and she told me I was underage and that it was a glitch. Wouldn’t you think Apple would have the glitched fixed in 3 years? She said they will shut my account off and I could make another one until I was of age. I went on Apple and it says you can have an Apple Cash account at 13 years old. I’m 17 and I turn 18 in a few months. HELP!!

You have to be 18 to legally use Apple Cash. Unless you can set up Apple Cash Family - To set up Apple Cash Family you must first close any accounts that children already had.
