Logging into my original apple ID

I’m trying to log into my original apple ID, but it’s asking for my trusted phone number, and i don’t know that because i don’t have that phone number anymore. I keep asking people for help from your site but no ones answering it keeps asking me for that trusted number. I have everything, my gmail, passwords. Just not the number. I’ve spend up to 50$ on this account.
