Safari not opening!

Whenever I try to open Safari, it says this: "You can’t use this version of the application “Safari” with this version of macOS. You have macOS 11.2.1. The application requires macOS 11.3 or later."

What should I do?

I recently updated from Catalina to Big Sur.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.2
