You will need SPSS v26, the v26 Fix pack 1, and the Interim Fix #3, at minimum and more recent Catalina specific packs and fixes as IBM provides them. See IBM's article, SPSS Statistics on Catalina (macOS 10.15), and their SPSS Statistics Fix Pack 1 blog post.

You will need at minimum, SPSS v27.0.1.0 or later for macOS Big Sur, per IBM blog post, SPSS Statistics on macOS Big Sur (11.0).
