I understand that you are referring to backing up your iPhone on iCloud. Ensure that you have enough storage space on iCloud to backup your iPhone. If you do then connect to a Wi-Fi Network and:
Open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ iCloud ➔ iCloud Backup ➔ Backup Now.
