Battery drained by one app constantly

I have used Jigsaw Puzzle app by Critical Hit Software for several years and now in the last few weeks it has started using all my battery. It drains it in about an hour. No other apps seem to do it. The same app seems to also take up all my storage. Is there anything I can do on my end?

Contact the app developer and/or try deleting the app and re-installing the app.

Also, try a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.

Good Luck!

Thanks for replying MichaelPM. I have done both and if I'm not mistaken the battery problems started after I deleted and reinstalled the app. The reply I got from the developer was just with the storage, delete all my other apps, pics etc that I'm not using. I had done that before and I do not want to get rid of any others. I guess I should just keep it plugged in all the time when I'm using the app.

FYI,

Your iPad is almost FULL with data!

A 32 GBs storage iPad starts out with approx 30 GBs.,after initial internal flash drive formatting.

Minus approx. 6 GBs for iOS/iPadOS leaves 24 GBs.

Minus 2-4 GBs, for iOS/iPadOS system operational reserve, which must be maintained, at all times, leaves approx. between 20-22 GBs of actual, usable data storage space.

So, you do not have much internal storage space left inside of that iPad.

That could be another issue, as well.
