Not enough free space to reinstall OS
I am readying my macBook air for recycle and when I started to reinstall the OS I got a message that there isn't enough free space to install.

I did not erase the disk properly. I am doing that now. Thanks for the help.
Hi abqannie,
Just to clarify, did your erase your Mac in Disk Utility first? And before that, did you back up your Mac with Time Machine?
