I am very upset, there is no squirrel emoji. You have a chipmunk, a rat, even an otter but no squirrel. 🐿 <ā-this is a chipmunk not a squirrel. If you could please add a squirrel to the emojis that would be lovely. Thank you.

You're very upset? Over an emoji? Surely you must have more important things to get upset about.
Apple can't do anything about this. Neither can Microsoft, or any other OS developer. Only the Unicode Consortium decides what emojis will be okayed and added.
A squirrel is highly unlikely to be added. They already consider the chipmunk image to be both.
