How do I lock the rotation of my 7th generation iPad

From the iPad's Home screen, swipe a finger downward from the upper right-hand corner of the iPad’s screens to reveal the iPadOS Control Panel.
Look for the icon/button with a circular arrow with a symbol of a padlock inside.
That is the screen rotation lock icon/button.
Tap once to lock your iPad's screen ( the icon button turns white with the symbols inside colored red ).
Tap once again, to unlock the screen rotation.
