Iphone with only e-sim

Is there any possible to make an iPhone with only e-sim(without sim slot)?

Apple doesn’t make such an iPhone, so no. Once you’ve activated the device, you could set up your cellular service using the eSIM and take out the physical SIM and leave it out.
