Why am I not seeing images or videos on Tips app in iPhone 12 Pro Max?

Sorry, I thought you were talking about a different app.
Well, in such a situation, try a forced restart of your iPhone:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the issue persists, I'd try to delete the app, restart your iPhone, then redownload/reinstall the app from AppStore.

Contacted support. The final thing I was asked to do was to factory reset the phone. I would wait for 14.5 than going through backup and factory reset. After all the Tips is not a very important app to worry so much about. :)

Suddenly yesterday the images all appeared in the app across my devices apart from three in the AirPods collection which appeared today. Strange as I’ve done no factory resets, etc.
Yes, today they came back.
Yes, perhaps it was a temporary glitch related to that app on Apple Servers.
