Folder Customization,,,

In customizing the look of my mac, I realized I can change the look/ icon of every single folder--with the exception of the Applications folder :( Its frustrating me that I have made all of my other folders pretty, but then my apps folder is boring blue. Is there a workaround for this? Has anyone found a way I can customize the look of my Applications Folder?
