My IPhone wifi doesn’t work anymore, and I would like to backy it up. But I can’t find any help, the only one that was go to settings->iCloud->iCloud Drive ->use cellular data
but I cant’t find “use cellular data”

Sorry, but you cannot use cellular for iPhone backups. This leaves you with the option to back up to a computer instead.

Looks like QuickTimeKirk got back to you before I could. (Thanks @QuickTimeKirk). I would second the reason he provided. Again, you still have the option to backup to a computer.
It’s interesting it doesn’t work for you currently.
Note Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Mode must be set to “Allow More Data on 5G”.
I believe that was available in earlier iOS 14 versions. I’ve used it.

If you would prefer to use cellular data, purchase any of the iPhone 12 models and purchase a 5G plan from your cellular carrier. I believe you could then use cellular data to perform this function.

the other issue is that without a computer Backup is then impossible to do on my broken IPhone. Because this IPhone has no wifi.
I am thinking of change IPhone but then I will have a hard time backing it up.

Because of the file size. It would use a year of cell data.
I thought Apple based it on file size (over 200 MB's).
Doesn't matter, just checked on my iPhone on a 5G Network and it still displays that you must be on WiFi to backup.
Thanks, deggie. I stand corrected. I thought (erroneously) that since one can download iOS updates using 5G, one could also back up. Sorry about the misinformation.
I wasn't aware you can download updates on 5G. Didn't work for 14.4, or was that something that was added in that update?

It is but there has been problems with my tower that have been made much worse recently. I think next time I'll go to AT&T HQ in Dallas and try it there. They have mWave.
