Request Refund for app store, but no receipt
A minor used my phone and purchased upgrades in a game on my phone without permission. I am trying to request a refund. The purchase are showing up in my purchase history (no longer pending), but I get the message "This purchase doesn't have a receipt". This is on 7 purchase all made today totaling $60+. I have emailed receipts for all of these purchases, but they are not being shown with the request refund page. How can I request the refund without the receipts?
