MC OS Update
There is an error occurred while processing the update, MacBook is stuck on black screen i am unable to login and stop the update.
Pls help.

" There is an error occurred while processing the update " - the last update for High Sierra was Sept 24, 2020. If this is the problem issue, download it manually to Downloads folder, restart computer in Safe Mode - Shift - immediately at startup and run the Security Update.
Sorry - the black screen issue - Again restart in Safe Mode - it will do Repair Disk, clear cache file and only load Apple Software - loads slowly - normal. This may allow the update to finish
