I receive the message and a reminder on my calendar about viruses on my phone and have a link to download this app security to delete this virus is from my phone I think this is scam bath I could not even delete from my calendar this reminder what’s else can I do

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
I think that is a "rogue calendar" account, not a virus.
On iOS 14, go to Settings -> Calendar -> Accounts. See if there are strange accounts listed. If that is the case, then tap on them and then tap on Delete account.
