iphone heats up when using mobile data

Hello, I recently bought a new iPhone 11 and i’m quite dedicated to keeping my battery health at 100% and to prevent my battery from going down too fast. And I’ve read articles that say high heat can significantly degrade your battery, and my phone always heats up when i’m using mobile data as I don’t have access to wifi and only cellular data. Is there any solution to reduce this problem ?
