Where can i purchase a wifi only sim card for my old iPad?

If it is an wifi only iPad model, no SIM card is accepted.

It it is an wifi+cellular iPad model, you can use a DATA SIM card that you get from your carrier, subscribing to a data (only data, not voice) traffic plan with them.
