I have a problem. I can’t open my safari?

Go to Applications Folder from Launchpad ( Second Icon from Left ) on the Dock >> look for Safari. On the Keyboard look for Control Key - normally bottoms Left. Hold Control and click Safari. Another Menu will appear and choose Open. If that does not work, then there is a Serious Problem with the High Sierra installation as Safari is part of the Operating System.
