Any specific errors or error number when you do try and restore?
No error message or numbers. Screen shows a computer screen with a long plug in cord and message to go to support.Apple.com/Iphone
My I-Phone 6 is locked. I hooked it to my PC to upgrade software and now it has message to restore. I can't get it to restore when hooked to PC with Itunes installed and latest edition.
