I received an email saying "We’re applying $4.99 in credit to your Apple ID each month" for my Apple TV subscription but I can't find evidence of these credits.
If you are entitled to credits and have not seen them on your account you will need to contact Apple support.
This solved my issue. I see nothing there and will contact Apple support.
