Send someone a pay request

You can send pay requests through the Messages app.

On your iPhone

1. Open a conversation in the Messages app or start a new conversation.
2. Tap the Apple Pay button . If you don't see the Apple Pay button, tap the App Store button  first.
3. Enter an amount, then tap Request.
4. Send your request.

You both must meet the requirements for using Apple Cash as well.
