I forgot my Apple watch pin number

I've to make an appointment for apple store. My Apple watch was not connect to my new phone and right know I'm not able to open or connect to my iPhone.

Apple Watch keeps unpairing during initial set up I just purchased a new Apple watch series 8 and began to pair it with my iPhone 12.
