In my Documents folder I have files from past months that read like this: iPhone_4.064bit_13.3_17C54_Restoreip…. Apple Device Soft.... 9/28/19 12:23 PM. 3.62 GB
Most of them seem to be from 2019 and 2020. The newest one I see is April 2020/
Can anyone tell me what these are and whether I can/should delete the files?

iPhone backups, if you do not need the backups delete the earlier ones.

Look for iOS backups…
/Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
Can I delete those as well?
Sure, if they are not needed, I'd leave maybe the latest one.
