Says my Apple Pay failed, but my method of payment is good. Doesn't tell me why it failed and I am unable to correct. Searched on YouTube and found a video from apple tech page. Tried all of their suggestions and none worked. So now I am at a loss. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure how to post a screen shot. This is in payment and shipping. Shows a pic of my card and in red underneath it is this: "Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method". It has worked in the past and for whatever reason it no longer works. I checked with the bank and there aren't any blocks on the card. It doesn't say who declined it or why? Hope that helps.

Been there, done that. Doesn't resolve the issue.
Where did it fail? can you post a screenshot? please edit out personal information.
I am going to list a few things and a link to go to if they do not work.
intentionally change the region to UK or any other region that is not your region then change it back.
That doesn't work. Frustrating.
It sounds like this is for Apple ID payment method. Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in after deleting that card from the Apple ID payment options.
Did you get a refund through Apple using that card? Did you intentionally change your Apple ID region to something else then change it back? Is the card from the same region as the Apple ID?
No refund. Did not change region. Card and Apple ID region are the same.
I have done 1 and 2 which didn't work. Not sure if I want to do 3.
3 is a biggie but you would know if it was a software issue.
