Apple Watch 6 stuck in activating

Out of the blue I lost cellular connection on mi Apple Watch 6. I deactivated from the carrier´s network, and then activated again. However, unlike the first time I activated (which was immediately) this time it says “activating” with a clock circle.... It has been since yesterday in that status.

The carrier says it appear all active and working ok from their side.

Anybody knows how to solve this?
