What Model and Sub-model Mac are you running?


Here’s How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support.


The first thing is to check compatibility with your desired macOS version (10.14, in your case).


For Mojave (10.14), your iMac (not iMac Pro) must be late 2012 or newer.
