All my calls are automatically in speaker phone. How do I turn this off?

Try:

Tap on Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing
Select either "Automatic" (the default) or "Speaker"

When making a call, I want to turn off the 3 options when I select "speaker" When making a call, selecting "speaker" gives 3 options. The Settings / phone/ Calls on other devices is toggled on. When I go to the screen to toggle "Allow Calls on other devices" off, it's off. I want to stop getting the 3 options.
