Fastest time would, most likely be, if you bring it to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Do you accept to repair during the lockdown?
If you mean in-store, it would depend if the store is currently open to accept your iPhone. If you mean, by mail-in, then yes they should be able to accept the phone for repair.
