since today i have issue while charging my apple watch Series 3, it sounds ding after every minute which is very irritating.
both charging dock and watch is clear and clean still its sounding
i tried charging while turn off but its still.
i want to clarify does it harmful for watch?

I have this issue too with my series 5 apple watch. It seems to happen with third party chargers and equipment, which is incredibly frustrating. Try switching to an apple charger and an apple charge cord. I'll be curious if that makes it go away for you too? I have been looking for a solution to this, so if you find one I'll be curious to hear.
It sounds like the power to the charger is intermittent.
