Apple cannot reset my security question so what do I do

Apple is unable to reset my security questions and I don't remember the.

Apple States they do not have sufficient information. What does that even mean?

You need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here or here and pick a method; if you can't use any of those listed, choose one from this link.


That message appears when they don't have a way of verifying your identity.
