iPhone at risk

I suddenly received a notification when trying to open an email saying my iPhone data is at risk, then promoted me to download ad blocker. Then it stated it was hacked and someone was seeing everything I was doing. I download the app and used it. How do I know, if the phone is still hacked. If the new app is a scam ?? Please help

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
