My iPhone is frozen on the Citibank app
My phone is frozen on the Citibank app and keep lodging. Tried to restart, but remains frozen on the the citibank screen. What would be the next step to fix this?

Hi, thank you for reply.
I did tried to force restart and turn out it sent few emergency signal/text to my emergency contact because I press too many time on both side of button.. @_@
I have to wait for battery to drain out to restart.
Not sure what wrong with my phone
