Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities! We understand that you're having an issue connecting to Apple Music on your Android device. If you haven't already, restart your device to see if that helps. Restarting can resolve many odd issues. If that doesn't help, quit and relaunch the Apple Music app: Find, open & close apps on Android


If you're still having an issue, clear the app cache. More details can be found under "Free up storage > Remove apps & app data > Clar the app's cache & data" here: Free up space


If you're still unable to connect, sign out of Apple Music and sign back in:


To sign out:

  1. Open the Apple Music app.
  2. From the bottom of the screen, tap either Library, Listen Now, Browse, or Radio.
  3. Tap "."
  4. Tap Account Settings.
  5. From the bottom of the screen, tap Sign Out.


To sign back in:

  1. Tap "."
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Sign In.
